Saturday, August 23, 2008 Flyer Distribution Date - meet at Calvary Temple at 9:00 AM for instructions

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2008
Set Up - meet at Calvary Temple, 4725 Evora Road, Concord, Ca 94520 at 8:00 AM in advance of going to the Convoy site. Set up will need approximately 100 volunteers.
Volunteer Commissioning Rally - meet at Calvary Temple, 4725 Evora Road, Concord, Ca 94520 at 7:00 PM. All volunteers should attend this rally to be updated on outreach procedures and overview of needed areas of service for volunteers to choose from.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2008 - outreach day
Pre-outreach Volunteer Meeting - all volunteers should meet at 7:30 AM the outreach site located at Rio Vista Elementary School at 611 Pacifica Avenue in Bay Point. Final site preparations will take place in advance of the doors being opened to our guests.
Outreach - the outreach is scheduled from approximately 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. (It is our wish to be able to open the doors as early as 9:00 AM if possible.)
Tear down - all volunteers are asked to help with tear down. With everyone's help, we anticipate being finished by 5:00pm.
