What Is This Convoy Of Hope® All About?   The East Bay Convoy Of Hope® outreach is a one-day special community event designed to meet the multi-faceted needs of impoverished families. Our goal is to partner with local community agencies, businesses, churches and local volunteers to serve anywhere from 5,000 – 6,000 Bay Area residents who will be our guests. This outreach will give hope to our guests by providing free groceries, health and dental screenings, free haircuts, games and activities for children and all ages. Connections will be established with our guests and opportunities for ongoing service will be made possible by giving volunteers a chance to connect with local residents, making a lasting impression on all who participate. We will work together to strengthen and bring hope to our communities       What is the Guest of Honor Principle? Convoy of Hope® takes pride in its guest of honor principle.
